How much commission are you losing?

Seven questions about how you keep and check your commission records. The result is an estimate of how much of your annual commission is exposed to errors that normally go unnoticed — missing payments, unverified clawbacks and split mistakes. Free, no sign-up, and the email field is optional.

    Question 1 of 70% complete

Where do your policy and commission records live?

The starting point decides how easily anything can be checked at all.

    Frequently asked questions

    How is the estimate calculated?

Each answer carries a share of annual commission that is typically exposed when that control is missing — no per-policy expected amount, statements never checked line by line, unverified clawbacks and so on. The shares are added and applied to the annual commission figure you enter, then shown as a range. It is a structured estimate of exposure, not a measurement of your actual statements.

Does a low score mean nothing is wrong?

No. It means your process would catch most errors if they occurred. The only way to know what is actually missing is to compare every paid line against an expected amount per policy.

Do I have to give my email address to see the result?

No. The result appears immediately. The email field is optional and only used if you want the summary and follow-up sent to you.

What do I do with the result?

Open the demo, which runs on sample policies and statements, and look at Safe Mode and Unmatched Commissions. Those are the two views that turn this estimate into a concrete list of lines to query.
